Yes. QR codes will be available at the event entrances so you can purchase your ticket on the spot using your mobile device. However, to ensure smooth access, we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance online here.
Ticket refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our team will review each request individually. Please contact clientservices@portugalinvitational.com and indicate our team your order details and reason for the request.
Children 16 and under are admitted free when accompanied by a ticketed adult. However, a specific ticket issued in the child’s own name must still presented for entry at the venue.
No. Re-entry is not permitted. Tickets are valid for a single entry per day, so once you leave the venue, you will not be able to re-enter using the same ticket.
Yes. You can easily transfer your tickets online through 3cket. Simply access your ticket and click “Transfer” to send it to another person.
Public admission is open from Friday to Sunday (July 31st – August 2nd). Gates open to all visitors holding a valid ticket.
