The piece combines contemporary design with one of the country’s most recognisable historical symbols, celebrating the arrival of PGA TOUR Champions in Europe through Portugal.
The symbolism also resonates with the tournament itself. Just as the caravels once opened new routes across the oceans, the Portugal Invitational marks a new chapter for senior professional golf, becoming the first PGA TOUR Champions event ever staged in Portugal and the circuit’s first appearance in Europe.
